We are a Property Management Company in Indonesia is urgently seeking

1. Engineering Manager

2. Legal Staff

3. Front Office Manager

4. Assistant Property Manager

5. Assistant Chief Security

6. CAD Draftsmen (for Architect, M/E, and Civil)

General Requirements

* Max 45 years old for manager level, max 35 years old for
assistant manager level, max 30 years old for staff level

* Holding bachelor degree

* Experience in the same position min. 4 years for manager
level, 3 years for assistant manager level, and 2 years for staff level

* Preferably from property/hospitality industry

* Strong leadership and exceptional detail in follow up

* Excellent command of English; written and spoken

Specific Requirements

* Knowledgeable of mechanical and utilities systems with the
ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions (#1)

* Knowledgeable in legal drafting, agreements and negotiating
contracts. Having good relationship with government officials. (#2)

* Customer service orientation and strong service management
experienced (#3)

* Knowledgeable in building management including administration,
tenant liaison, leasing, operational budgeting and cost control (#4)

* High alertness, proactive, tough and presentable (#5)

* Excellent Autocad skills and a team player; Understand MEP
System for M/E Draftsmen (#6)
